Picasso's pigeon in the peas

Early Thursday morning five major works of art including Picasso, and Matisse of where stolen from the museum of modern art in Paris. Apparently the museum's security system (including some of the surveillance cameras) had been broken for the past few days, and it was not working at the time or the thief, but one lone camera caught a masked intruder breaking a window padlock and then breaking the window.
The police aren't sure whether the thief was alone or in a team.
The estimated value of the paintings could be as much as $613 million.
The paintings that where stolen are:

1. The pigeon and the peas by Pablo Picasso
2. Pastoral by Henri Matisse
3. Olive tree near Estaque by Georges Braque
4. Woman with a fan by Amedeo Modigliani
5. Still life with chandeliers by Fernand Leger

The paintings were not sliced out of there frames, the frames had been "carefully disassembled".
They're saying that the thief would be stupid to sell them, but what if a person had payed the thief?? or maybe she/he wanted them for them self??
They are calling the thief  a male, but are they just assuming, or could they tell?? I kind of like to think it's a
girl behind the whole thing!!

Finally spring!!!!!

spring has sprung again!! All the flowering trees have blooms and there are a bizillion dandylions in my yard! Soon we will have strawberrys!! I'm so excided!!!

I simply love when a girl surprises someone using her kick butt skills, here are some fabulous examples!

friday odd words

so, this morning I was bored!!!!  so I googled weird words and I made a list of my favorite:

1. erinaceous  means like  a hedgehog. example "That weird boy bob is so erinaceus!"

2. limerance   An attempt at a scientific study into the nature of romantic love. I have no example for this one...

3. mungo  A Dumpster diver. I assume  that mungoing would mean dumpster diving. example: "is that your aunt Loise mungoing??"

4. flocciaucinihilipilification  An estimation that something is valueless. example: "After close examination the art dealer said the vase was flocciaucinihilipilfication" (I'm not sure I used that one right) 

5. pronk  A weak or foolish person. example: "That boy is SUCH a pronk!!'

6. tyorotoxism  To be poisoned by cheese (yes cheese) example: "Mr. Smith I  missed class because I had been tyorotoxismed!!!"

7. widdiful  A person that deserves to be hanged. I don't have an example, so hopefully you'll never have need to use it.

8. zabbernism  The abuse of military power.  I also don't have an example for this one

9. selcouth  Rare strange wonderful marvelous. example: "Kiki strike is selcouth book!!!"

10. rastaquouere  A social climber.  example: "That girl Tiffany is SUCH a rastaquouere!!!!"

1940s time traveler????

this is SO extremely weird!!!!!!! I think it's true!! I mean he looks so different from the rest of them! here is the rest of the story. basically this picture is on display at a British Columbia museum and the online community seems to think he's a time traveler! Is that cool or what??? he is carrying a portable camera and his sunglasses and t-shirt look out of place!!!! But then again it could just be photoshop...
