1940s time traveler????

this is SO extremely weird!!!!!!! I think it's true!! I mean he looks so different from the rest of them! here is the rest of the story. basically this picture is on display at a British Columbia museum and the online community seems to think he's a time traveler! Is that cool or what??? he is carrying a portable camera and his sunglasses and t-shirt look out of place!!!! But then again it could just be photoshop...
